Despite the industry being predominantly male, Hither has successfully established herself as a self-made multimillionaire and business owner. Starting her journey in the UK, she has now relocated to Monaco and the French Riviera, expanding her ventures and achieving significant success.
Hither's entrepreneurial career began in 2004, and she has since owned a diverse range of businesses, including those in property, financial markets, financial technology, mentoring services, company acquisitions, and more recently, public listings in the European and US stock markets.
During her early life, Hither experienced financial struggles within her traditional household.

In her personal life, Hither Mann is married to George Butler, who is involved in fitness and modeling. They both share the same mindset of enjoying financial freedom while living a lavish lifestyle. Hither emphasizes the importance of how both of them complete each other, as a power couple, and how they share the same values about creating self-made wealth.
As the Founder and CEO of Fortune Academy, Hither is dedicated to transforming the landscape of wealth education. The academy stands as the world's first lifetime wealth education company, empowering clients to take control of their finances instead of relying on banks and costly asset managers.
Hither was inspired to establish Fortune Academy due to the lack of quality strategies and education available in the retail market, strategies that may have gone unnoticed by banks but proved profitable for the educators alone. To address this issue, Hither initiated a challenge to change the way retail investors were educated, offering trading capital to students who demonstrated consistent growth.
Fortune Academy actively funds students in Hither's financial trading education program, providing up to £2 million per client. Profits from the trading activities are shared between the students and the academy.
Today, her project, The Billionaire Academy, has been providing expert insights, strategies, and concepts to win in the financial market- all while minimizing the risks and keeping the currency “recession-proof”.
